Leadership in your Business Role
Do you remember that children’s book Caps for Sale? Are you feeling like you keep having to put on another hat in your business – and you’re already wearing too many?

Join your food & beverage business-owning compatriots to explore techniques for keeping you sane as your role transitions in your business. We’ll hit on everything from delegation to leadership 101, plus will give you some time to connect with your fellows. This is a coaching-forward workshop, so plan to connect with your peers and do some reflection.

The content in this workshop is designed for folks who are actively operating a food & beverage business and are seeking actionable leadership skills to help level up their operation! This is part of a series presented in collaboration with the Center for an Agricultural Economy and the Vermont Specialty Foods Association.
