Meredith is a business consultant who helps purpose-driven businesses grow and thrive.  She provides support and guidance on leadership, financial management, and organizational development. She has worked with small businesses in Vermont for over 20 years. Since 2005, she has primarily been involved with agriculture, food, and natural products businesses, including 10 years at High Mowing Organic Seeds, most of that time as General Manager. She lives in Elmore with her 3 daughters, and a growing band of dogs, cats, sheep and chickens.
