Join us for a Potluck Meeting for all new and returning gardeners on April 20th, Wed at 6pm!
Started in 2004, The Center for an Agricultural Economy (CAE) received their first grant from the New England Grassroots Environmental Fund and established a vibrant community garden space that includes a picnic table, tools, shelter and walking paths along the Lamoille River, on land owned and maintained by the Town of Hardwick.
The allotment-style Hardwick Community Garden attracts a wonderful range of both new and seasoned gardeners from the area, made up of families, individuals and school groups.
We are very happy to welcome back both OSSU REACH After-School program and Buffalo Mountain School back into the gardens, as well as both new and returning gardeners. As we embark on a new season, we have lined up a series of great workshops, open to the public and look forward to another stellar year of gardening and community.

Join us for a series of workshops led by local experts and sponsored by the Center for an Agricultural Economy.
Each workshop is $5 for HCG members and $10 for non-members. There are scholarships available. Please pre-register at center@hardwickagriculture.org or by calling us at 802-472-5840. You may also view these on our Events page.
